If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we never store your credit card information on our servers.

Your data is used solely to: provide study analytics, track your progress, personalize your learning experience, manage your subscription, and send essential communications (welcome emails, payment confirmations, and subscription updates). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI-Processed Data

Our application uses AI services to generate study narrations and quiz questions. Text content from our study guides may be processed through AI APIs to generate these features. Your personal information is not used to train any AI models. AI-generated audio narrations are cached on our servers for performance.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers with industry-standard security measures. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Study notes and personal data are tied to your account and are not accessible to other users.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. No third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data (study history, notes, progress) at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

A&P Mastery Pro is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who are preparing for FAA certification exams. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
