Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using A&P Mastery Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.

Service Description

A&P Mastery Pro is an independent, third-party study tool designed to help individuals prepare for the FAA Aviation Mechanic Airman Knowledge Tests (General, Airframe, and Powerplant). We provide practice questions, simulated exams, study guides, AI-powered narration, and progress tracking.

FAA Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

A&P Mastery Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All references to FAA regulations (14 CFR), Advisory Circulars, Airman Certification Standards (ACS), and FAA handbooks are used solely for educational purposes under fair use principles. FAA and all related marks are trademarks of the Federal Aviation Administration.

No Guarantee of Exam Results

A&P Mastery Pro is a supplementary study aid. Use of this application does not guarantee passage of any FAA examination. Exam results depend entirely on individual preparation, knowledge, and performance. Our practice questions and exams are designed to help you study — they are not actual FAA test questions and do not represent the exact content or format of the FAA knowledge tests. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding exam outcomes.

Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content aligned with FAA publications, study content is supplementary and may not reflect the most recent regulatory or policy changes. Some content is generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence technology and is reviewed for accuracy. Users should always verify information against current official FAA publications, including but not limited to: AC 43.13-1B/2B, 14 CFR Parts 43/65/91/145, FAA-H-8083 handbook series, and current Airworthiness Directives. A&P Mastery Pro assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in content.

Free Trial

New users receive a one-time, 7-day free trial with limited access. The free trial is available once per person and cannot be renewed, extended, or restarted. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 6 months, or annually, depending on your plan) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused subscriptions only.

Intellectual Property

All original content, including practice questions, explanations, study narrations, quiz content, and application design, is the intellectual property of A&P Mastery Pro. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, screenshot, screen-record, or commercially exploit any content from this application without prior written permission. Personal study notes created by users remain the property of the respective user.

AI-Generated Content

Portions of the study narration, quiz questions, and content enhancements are generated using artificial intelligence technology. While AI-generated content is reviewed and curated for accuracy, it may occasionally contain errors. Users are encouraged to cross-reference all study material with official FAA publications.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to circumvent content protection, share credentials, create duplicate accounts, or engage in abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&P Mastery Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failure to pass any FAA examination, loss of study data, or service interruptions.
